About the Department
The Department of Business Administration (CA) was established in 2002 with a view to cater the needs of industrial and business houses for training managers and also to develop a class of entrepreneurs to accelerate the process of industrialization. Business Administration (CA) degree program moulds graduates to manage business with computer skills such as marketing, insurance, banking, accounting, transport, hospitality, distribution, tally, photoshop, multimedia, business data analytics and other areas of both manufacturing and service industries. Our department encourages and paves way to the students who aspire to be an entrepreneur and executive.

- A Book Fair visit was arranged for III BBA(CA) students on 09.08.2024 at Erode Book Festival-2024.
- A one-day Workshop on the Basics of Research Methodology was organized for III BBA(CA) students on 09.09.2024. Dr. K. Gowri, Associate Professor, Department of Commerce, PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, was the chief guest.
- An Extension Activity - “Palm seed Planting” at Vellode Birds Sanctuary on 21.9.2024. Our students planted the palm seeds.
- An industrial visit was arranged for III BBA(CA) students to Milky Mist dairy- Chittode on 24.09.2024.
- Break the Chain SAY NO TO DRUGS - SLOGAN WRITING COMPETITION was organized by the Department of BBA(CA) between 01.10.2024 and 04.10.2024.
- Awareness Programme on the Reduction of Single-Use Plastics-pamphlet Distribution was organized by the Department of BBA(CA) on 26.10.2024.
- EXON Association Activities 2023-2024 was inaugurated on 18.07.2023. Dr.P.Nandakumar, JCI Certified National Trainer, Founder of Punch Strategy Hub, Chennai was the chief guest.
- The Orientation Programme “Leadership in Action” was organized for I BBA (CA) from 18.07.2023 to 19.07.2023. Dr.P.Nandakumar, JCI Certified National Trainer, Founder of Punch Strategy Hub, Chennai trained the students.
- Yoga Programme "Yoga for Human Excellence" was conducted by Erode Manavalakkalai Mandram Trust for I BBA(CA) from 20.07.2023 to 21.07.2023 as a part of orientation programme.
